Bryant-Durham provides our employees with the safest work environment possible. Safety starts with a robust Safety Program where all levels of leadership have input. A strong Safety Program will meet OSHA requirements, but more importantly it is the right thing to do.
Training is at the center of our Safety Program and begins with each new hire receiving a safety orientation prior to being assigned to any project. We have in-house instructors certified to teach OSHA courses. Supervisors and key field personnel are OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/CPR certified and trained on NFPA70E.
